  1. I like the cover of The Bug. Black and white covers are always so striking.

Here is my FF for the week:

  2. Happy Halloween! Here’s my post for this week. :)

  3. Gee, I had Stumbling on Happiness and gave it to a used book store, feeling quite sure I’d never read it, as interesting as it may be.

*Bug* does look good (wish list is getting unwieldy … it’s good to dream!)

  9. I’ve been reading Sam Kind of Different As Me, by Ron Hall & Denver Moore, with Lynn Vincent. It’s a fascinating true story about a homeless man who was “a modern-day slave” in the south, and a wealthy art dealer in Texas. Alternating chapters are written in the voice of each man. They meet up in Texas and become unlikely friends. I’m only halfway through, but it’s very well written, and fun to hear the two distinct voices of the characters.

  10. Oops, that’s “same” kind of different, not “sam” kind of different.

In trying to finish my alpha challenge, I picked Sappho’s Leap by Erica Jong off my shelves and am really enjoying it. love your blog Jenn. Must check in more often! Linda

Please be patient if your comment doesn't show up right away... I will 'release' it as soon as I can. Thanks for your thoughts! ~MizB
