Teaser Tuesdays (April 21)

teasertuesdays31 Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

 

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers! ;)

My Teasers:

    Great teaser. The first sentence completely defines why I am borderline OCD about organizing my things. Military life: you can’t control where you live or when you move, but you can control where the green beans and spaghetti are. ;-)

    Also – as to your recent comments about the memes – I don’t mind them. But I have the same concern about my own blog as well. Memes are a great traffic builder. But sometimes I feel like they drag me down – because I don’t really want to do the meme, but it brings me good traffic. And on the flip side, I know some of my readers probably aren’t that thrilled with them…..but some of them are great blog fodder and get me thinking.
