teasertuesdays31 Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

 

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

        In response to your comments on my review. I really recommend reading THE MARKET by J.M. Steele. I just finished it last night (should be getting up a review today) and it has a much stronger protagonist… I enjoyed it immensely.

    I can never forget the image of her standing in her kitchen after midnight, elbows-deep in a sink full of dishes, trying to clean up after this event. Her husband (I am sorry to report it, and I fully realize this is not at all representational of every husband) was in teh other room, feet literally on the coffee table, watching TV.

    Whew! I’m sneaking in with my teaser just under the wire. “Perfect You” sounds nice, and it’s refreshing to know that it isn’t another vampire book. (Not that I don’t love Sookie)
