BTT: Recent Best
This week’s Booking Through Thursday question asks:
What’s the best book you’ve read recently? (Tell me you didn’t see this one coming?)
The best book I’ve read recently would be “The End of the Beginning” by Avi. It’s a short fable, but it had me rolling with laughter — crying even! — so I have to say it was the best! Mind you, I was torn on this answer, as there’ve been some pretty good books that I’ve been into, lately… I just haven’t finished them all! I am still reading “TSI: The Gabon Virus” by Paul McCusker and Walt Larimore, and it’s very good, too. I’m also working my way through “Thirst” (vol.1) by Christopher Pike, and am thoroughly enjoying that, as well! So, lots of good stuff.
But, to pick the “recent best”, I’m still sticking with my first choice.
