The Sunday Salon (Nov.29)
This week, I finished a couple of books. “The First 30 Days” by Ariane de Bonvoisin, and “Hungry” by Allen Zadoff. Both were really good, and very inspiring. 
I still can’t believe it’s the end of November already. One more month for this year’s reading! Mind you, I’m getting excited about starting over in the new year! I always love making up the new lists for reading challenges, and starting a brand new book journal. 
I told myself I wasn’t going to join a bunch of reading challenges for next year, as I really need to pay more attention to my health — move more, and not sit around, reading, so often. ((sheepish grin)). But, people keep making up these awesome challenges! First there was the Christian NonFiction one — I read so much from that genre that I just HAD to join! And then came the TwentyTen Reading Challenge… this one combines so many different genres of challenges that I wouldn’t have to join a bunch of others in order to cover the same challenges I normally join (if that makes any sense! LOL). So, I decided that I needed to sign up for this one, too! And, just today I heard about the ARC Reading Challenge… where you aim to get your A.R.C’s (advanced reader copies) read! Well, since I review like crazy, this is a good one for me to be in, too! Ha!
So, I’m TRYING to temper my joining, but it’s not going so well. 
Ah well. As long as I learn to keep a good balance between my reading and my health, it’ll be okay.
