WWW Wednesdays (Feb.24)

February 24, 2010

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

My answers:

What are you currently reading?

I’m half-way through “The Twilight Gospel” by Dave Roberts, and have read one chapter, so far, of “Switch” by Chip & Dan Heath. I’m also still only half-way through “Godmother” by Carolyn Turgeon, but have set it aside while I finish review books.

What did you recently finish reading?

I just finished “Eats With Sinners” by Arron Chambers, the other day. I gave it a B+ rating — definitely recommended!

What do you think you’ll read next?

I am going to dig into the rest of “Switch” by Chip & Dan Heath, and then will hopefully have time to finish “Godmother” by Carolyn Turgeon. After that, it’ll be “Scars & Stilettos” by Harmony Dust, as there’s a blog tour for that one coming up in March. :D

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own WWW Wednesdays post, or share your answers in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks! :D

How are you enjoying The Twilight Gospel?

My WWW Wednesday picks are over at bookwanderer, as part of a double post with Waiting on Wednesday.

    • The Twilight Gospel is an interesting book — not quite as “preachy” as I expected, though some of it I’m wondering why he’s arguing the point. ;)

      It’s good, though.

  5. I hope Godmother is still good! My WWW is at The Crowded Leaf.

    • It is! I just have a bunch of review books that I need to finish first, so that I can have them up for their blog tour deadlines. Library books have to move to second place. :)

  6. based solely on the title, that “Scars & Stilettos” sounds pretty entertaining…

you can find my post here

    Happy Reading, everybody!

  9. Hi there! I’ve not attempted this meme properly, because it’s new to me, but I have posted my review of Going Bovine – as my “what I’ve just read” book.

And I’ll have a go at this meme next week – properly! :) I need to write it down LOL

    Anyway, here it is! http://tjbook-list.blogspot.com/2010/02/review-going-bovine-libba-bray-random.html

Please be patient if your comment doesn't show up right away... I will 'release' it as soon as I can. Thanks for your thoughts! ~MizB
