teasertuesdays31 Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

    I’ve heard so much about that series, but somehow I feel like it’s not something I’d be fond of reading.

    Mine this week is from An Iron Rose by Peter Temple. He won Australia’s premier literary award this week for another novel.

    He is an Australian crime writer.

        I don’t remember YA reads being as spicy or racy when I was a teen (twenty-odd years ago). If I wanted racy stuff, I had to sneak one of my mother’s Danielle Steels!

    The more I hear about these the more interesting they sound. Glad you clarified about the age group, my 12 yr old will not read these, I think it needs to be late teen 17 and up.
