The Sunday Salon (Oct.24)
This week I’ve been working on reading Leo Tolstoy’s “Anna Karenina“, and it’s a real chunker: 918 pages!
So, you’ll probably find me still reading that come next Sunday. But, I’m really enjoying it, so I don’t mind that it’s going to take me a while.
Yesterday, as you may have seen by my post, I attended my local library’s annual book sale, and I made out pretty good! I got 21 books for $3.90, and some of them — like “Hush, Hush” by Becca Fitzpatrick — I’m very happy to have found! (It was on my TBR list!)
I’m working today, so that means I won’t get any reading done, and I’m anxious about tomorrow morning, as I’ve got a pretty important appointment to attend (more on that, later). So, I’m not going to be reading much until –probably– Tuesday.

I “trudged” through Anna Larenina. I read almost all of it…couldn’t finish it. Let me know how you like it.
I’m having to grit my way through my current read Permanent Obscurity. Here are my Sunday Salon:
