REVIEW: “The Follow Through Factor” by Gene C Hayden

December 27, 2010

This was a good book about learning to push past obstacles in order to persevere toward your goal(s). My favorite bit was how the author reminded the reader that, if you don’t follow through, your regret over not having done so will be worse than if you at least try, but then fail to meet your goal. Definitely a good reminder.

There are lots of exercises inside this book for you to use to help overcome your excuses. And, each chapter focuses on a different excuse (time, energy, money, patience, fear of failure, etc).

I enjoyed this one, and would definitely recommend it to those who struggle with sticking with their plans to reach their goals — no matter what goal you’re aiming for.

I’m a really bad procrastinator. No – I’m a really *good* procrastinator(!) so I’ll be looking out for a copy of this book. Tomorrow.

Please be patient if your comment doesn't show up right away... I will 'release' it as soon as I can. Thanks for your thoughts! ~MizB
