• What are you currently reading?

My answers:
What are you currently reading? I started “The Lady of Bolton Hill” by Elizabeth Camden, a couple of nights ago, and it’s good. I’m having trouble putting it down!
What did you recently finish reading? I finished “A Hidden Affair” by Pam Jenoff, on Monday night, and it was excellent! If you haven’t tried Pam’s books yet, go out and find one… they’re mostly romantic-suspense novels, but tactfully done. Very, very good stuff. 
What do you think you’ll read next? Definitely “Awakened” by P.C. & Kristin Cast. I’ve been waiting forever to get my hands on the library copy, and it finally came in last night! Just have to finish my current read, and then we’re back to the “House of Night” gang!

Ah! I’ve been reading to read the House of Night series! I’ve heard so many good things, but just never had the chance to get my hands on the book. Every time I see someone talking it, my enthusiasm for reading the series is renewed. I may just have to make a trip to the library soon.

I love P.C. Cast (adore her Partholon books), but I don’t know if I can bring myself to read the HON series. I am so burned out on vampire fiction it isn’t even funny. Maybe I’ll be ready to take it on in a few more months.

I found “Awakening” pretty disappointing compared to the previous books in the series, just fyi. It felt a little too rushed and…idk. Just it felt all wrong. :/
