I’m thinking it’s not the same “Hilary Duff” (the music artist) — though, admittedly, I had the same reaction when I first read the author’s name! LOL
Wow! I was wrong — it IS the same Hilary Duff (music artist) who wrote “Elixir”! I Googled it, and sure enough — here’s an article with proof:
