REVIEW: “Blood Ties” by Gabriella Poole
Book 2 of the Darke Academy series.
Cassie Bell is adjusting to life at the Darke Academy. The school is now in New York for a term, and Cassie and her friends are enjoying the city. But, Jake is on a mission to track down his sister’s killer, and Isabella is disappointed that Jake won’t spend more time with her.
I think this book was definitely a bit better than book one, and I’m looking forward to reading the third and final book in the series, Divided Souls. I just have to wait until I can buy myself a copy.
