REVIEW: “Bad Boys Do” by Victoria Dahl

August 30, 2011

Jamie Donovan is a bartender at his family’s brewery. Olivia Bishop is a divorced 30-something woman who is looking to loosen up and ‘live a little’. When the two meet, their chemistry is undeniable, and leads to a spicy relationship where they both learn to let go, and to become who they were meant to be.

A sexy romp — hotter than I’d expected it to be, that’s for sure! LOL. But, I also thought that the author did a great job of portraying the ‘baggage’ that people bring to their relationships (whether they realize it or not).

Good stuff.

  1. Your teaser lines don’t tell too much, but the title of the book is AWESOME. I’m intrigued.

  2. Sounds as though it may be a bit sexy for my personal taste, but nevertheless, a good read for the genre!

  3. I was once told a true story: Two people are on their first date. A second-time divorced-single mom with 2 children, and a single-time divorced attorney. The woman says, “I’m going to warn you now. I like you, but I come with a lot of baggage.” The attorney told her: “Your past is what makes you who you are, and I like who you are.”

Thought that was a nice thing to say.

    Write well,
    Robin
