Musing Mondays (Sept.5)

This week’s musing asks…

Who do you think is the hottest male/female character from a book?




My answer has always been “Damien” from Gaelen Foley’s “Knight” family series. But, I’m tempted to change my answer to “Jamie Donovan” from the book I just finished reading, “Bad Boys Do” by Victoria Dahl. ;) He was definitely hot, and I liked that the author portrayed him as both sensitive and yet strong (a fully-rounded character).

Here’s how I picture them in my head…

Ian Somerhalder as “Damien Knight”





 Colin Egglesfield as “Jamie Donovan”







Yeah. They’re both hot. LOL. So it’s hard to choose. Damien was a typical English “rogue”… a bad boy, so he oozed the charm. But, I liked the sensitive, romantic side of Jamie Donovan, too.

    I’ve noticed that, over the years, I’ve moved from liking the bad boy to liking the good boy. But I still like a conflicted character will flaws once in a while.

      Oooo, now why didn’t I think of “Dex” from Something Borrowed (Emily Giffin)??? I know that’s not who you mentioned, but you said the name ‘Dex’ and it made me think of him… my own pic of Colin Egglesfied (who plays ‘Dex’ in the “Something Borrowed” movie) should’ve made me think of him! LOL.

      Man… these guys are yummy! :P LOL
