REVIEW: “The Power-Based Life” by Mike Flynt

September 17, 2011

Mike Flynt is a former football player who is now helps people live better lives through strength-training.

He uses this book to share insights he’s learned over the years of his life. Topics include: Attitude, Time-Management, Belief, Visualization, Teamwork, Commitment, Identity, Adversity, Compassion, Spirit, and Health.

I liked the book, but found it to be a little bland in some spots. Nevertheless, it was quietly inspirational — not light-a-fire-under-your-butt inspirational, but still inspiring. ;)
