MY REVIEW: This is an awesome study book. It asks you to pull apart Scriptures, breaking them down into sections, and giving the sections your own headings.
It likens Scriptural truths to everyday occurences, thereby being very practical and helping you to keep what you’re learning in mind, even after you set the book down.
I love Carla’s light, easy writing style — very “friend-to-friend”.
This 10 week study has an introduction to each week, plus five days of “homework”, each week, to complete. There are sections where you praise God for his work in your life, too.
I especially loved the chapter/week on Spiritual strength-training! 
Great book… definitely recommended!!
