WWW Wednesday (Feb.22)

February 22, 2012

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

My answers:

What are you currently reading? Well, this is very rare, but I’m actually reading 3-5 books, right now! I’m 3/4 of the way through “Be Fearless” by Jonathan Alpert (an eBook), about 1/2 way through “Say ‘Yes, And!’” by Avish Parashar, 1/2 way through “A Whole New Mind” by Daniel H. Pink, and 1/4 into “JavaScript: A Beginner’s Guide” by John Pollock. I also have started, and read about a chapter of, “Wither” by Lauren DeStefano, too! So, yeah… crazy-reading sprees, lately. The JavaScript one is a “heavy” (heady?) book, so I have to set it down and read something else in between, and the “A Whole New Mind” one is not as catchy as I was hoping (I loved “Drive” by the same author, but this doesn’t have quite the same appeal).

What did you recently finish reading? Last I finished was “HTML5 for Dummies: Quick Reference” by Andy Harris. Good book, and I learned some stuff. Plan on buying myself a copy, later, to reference back to.

What do you think you’ll read next? I will probably dig into “Wither” by Lauren DeStefano, as I’ve not gotten very far into it, yet — I’ve decided to finish the other books, first. It’ll be due back at the library soonest, too. I also have “The Eternal Ones” by Kirsten Miller home from the library, so I will read that, probably, after “Wither“.

PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own WWW Wednesdays post, or share your answers in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks! :D

  20. Great books. I am also reading a few books right now. One I started and was having trouble getting into so I will go back to it. I started Wither, but I have been dying to read Shadows, so I stopped to read that, and I am reading another short story lol. I really do want to get that HTML book. It sounds like a good reference book to have around.
