WWW Wednesdays (Feb.13)
To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…
• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?
My answers:
What are you currently reading? I just switched over to “The Emotionally Healthy Woman” by Geri Scazzero, as it has a deadline of next Tuesday and I need to get it finished. I am not yet done reading “You’re Made for a God-Sized Dream” by Holley Gerth, though — I’m only about half-way through that one.
What did you recently finish reading? Last book I finished was a re-read of “Practicing the Presence of Jesus” by Wally Armstrong.
What do you think you’ll read next? I will read “Calling Me Home” by Julie Kibler, as its review deadline is the end of the month.
PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT with either the link to your own WWW Wednesdays post, or share your answers in a comment here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks!

Review deadlines are catching up with me too, haha! Interesting pick of books, I hope you’re enjoying them

Hi MizB,
I love the sound of the Julie Kibler book, this one is a definite for my reading list and I shall be sure to watch for your review.
Like yourself, most of my reading list is made up of review requests, which in quantity, can quickly threaten to overtake my time available to read. For that reason, I always generally agree to a review request, only on the condition that it is not on a timetable for publication.
Here is my W..W..W.. post this week
http://www.fiction-books.biz/weekly-memes/w-w-w-wednesdays-2/
Yeah, I had smartened up for a while, only requesting a book or two per month, and it made my life much simpler, as I had time for other things. I also took a hiatus from reviewing for a while, and it was a welcome break.
Now, though, with the new year, I got all excited for new books, and requested too many for too short a time period, so I’m finding myself crunched, and having to read only review books until I’m caught up. My poor library check-outs aren’t happy.
Ah well… live ya learn, right?

Calling Me Home looks interesting! Hope you enjoy your reads and have a great week! My WWW for the week: http://chrissireads.wordpress.com/2013/02/13/www-wednesday-3/
I think i’d struggle with having to read and review things to a tight schedule! How do you manage that and make sure reading doesn’t become a chore?
Anyway, here is mine for the week – http://booksarethebest.com/2013/02/13/www-wednesday-2/
LOL. Well, the only way I’ve found to “manage” that is to stop requesting books, or to not request more than 2 per month. I’m not always disciplined enough to stick to this, though — as you can see.
I think you book bloggers that take on reviews are amazing… I don’t see how you handle the volume but I’m glad you do. It’s great getting firsthand opinions from bloggers who share your taste. Since my blog has a smaller audience – folks that enjoy hearing about books being adapted for the screen and already produced movies based on books, I don’t think I’ll ever have that problem! On the other hand no freebies from publishers for me

I review everything I read but I don’t take on many ARC’s or requests from publishers or authors. I find I don’t have as much enthusiasm for them once I get them.
