Teaser Tuesdays (Jan.25)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teasers:

“What has she said? I suppose she told you she and I had an understanding, but we did not.”

  1. Great teaser this week! I’ve added my link to the linky list 🙂 A little suggestion is to make the list visible in your post, that way more people might understand where to leave the link(by the look of it most have left their teaser in the comments).

    Have a wonderful Tuesday 😀

  2. After Beerbohm caught three mice we told the manager he ought to bepaid, as he was the theatre exterminator and the manager agreed to pay for the cat food. Beerbohm got into a fight with another tomcat and needed an expensive trip to the vet for a bleeding eye, “So we put him on payroll for one martinee as B. Tree, duties unspecified.”
